Refund policy

Return or Refund – Bulk Products

Regarding the purchase of bulk products, there will be no possibility of refund or exchange.

In the event of a desire to cancel before delivery, you must contact a member of Pepiniere Pierrefonds staff by telephone or in branch a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

 

Return or refund – Concrete products, bonded stone, porcelain or any other product.

The customer bears full responsibility for the quantity of material ordered. The customer assumes understanding of the terms of measurement and unit mentioned in his order.

Please note that color perception may vary. We invite you to visit our showroom or to come and get a sample in store if necessary. No guarantee or refund upon receipt of the material will be possible.

Any concrete and natural stone product purchased online that is a special order is therefore non-exchangeable and non-refundable beyond 48 business hours following order confirmation. It is possible that a variation in square feet caused by rounding of decimals may be credited to you. 

 

Return or Refund Policy - Wooden Pallet

Regarding our wooden pallet return policy, there will be a fee charge of $40 per wooden pallet. Upon return, you will receive a $35 credit if the pallet is returned in acceptable condition. Acceptable condition refers to 2. How to check to make sure you will be credited? Any pallets damaged will not be refunded.

Sod pallets will be a fee charge of $60 per pallet. Upon return, you will receive a $60 credit if the pallet is returned in acceptable condition.

 

Return or Refund Policy - Merchandise

Any return merchandise purchased from us may require a cost depending on the condition in which it is returned. To minimize the cost of returning merchandise and that it is in an acceptable condition until it is returned to us.

Please follow these guidelines: 

1. How to minimize your returns?

• Properly calculate the quantities needed and order accordingly.

• Double check that you have specified the products and colors correctly.

• Check your materials before leaving the yard.

2. How to check to make sure you will be credited?

• All merchandise must be in an acceptable condition ready to restock/resell.
• Any merchandise returned must be clean and without:

  • Damages or scratches

  • Construction or soil debris

  • Markings

  • Glue or residue

  • Other

• All rows must be complete and on original pallet, respecting the original pattern of the supplier.

  • Incomplete rows or mixed products are Not Acceptable.

• Any materials purchased without pallet cannot be returned; Final sale.

• Any materials on the pallets are secured to avoid damage during transport.

• Do not mix different product types onto pallet. Separate different product types per pallet.

• Do not wait until the end of the season to return the merchandise.

Return Policy - credits

All returnable products will be credited if you return the full pallet in acceptable condition and that the merchandise given to us in the same packaging and condition as you received it.

Any returnable merchandise must be returned to the location of where it was purchased. All acceptable returnable products will have a 20% restocking fee, and must be accompanied with original invoice or bill.
